How many does each cottage sleep?

Eyton Cottage: Eyton has the capabilities of sleeping six (+1), and consists of a downstairs bedroom with a king size bed, a second bedroom with king size bed, and a third bedroom with options of two single beds or a super king size bed. The third bedroom also features a 'den' bedroom offset from the main room that contains a single bed.

College Cottage: College cottage sleeps 5 people. The first bedroom contains a king size bed, whilst a large second bedroom offers a double and a single bed.

Relax and unwind in the tub

Eyton Cottage: Eyton hosts two bathrooms. The main bathroom consists of a enclosed shower quadrant, toilet and sink, whilst the second bathroom holds a shower over bath and basin.

College Cottage: College has one bathroom that offers a double ended roll top cast iron bath, separate enclosed shower quadrant, toilet and basin.

Child friendly stay at Coleg-y-Groes

Eyton Cottage: Upon request a travel cot and high chair are available to any guests with a young child. In addition to this, the third bedroom in Eyton has a small area offset from the main room, known as 'the den', with a single bed, perfect for a couple with a young child.

College Cottage: Upon request a travel cot and high chair are available to any guests with a young child. Our second bedroom in College offers a double bed and single bed combination, giving parents with a young child the option of having them close by.

Kitted out kitchens

Eyton Cottage: The kitchen at Eyton boasts an Aga cooker with dual hotplates. As well as this, you'll also find a dishwasher, fridge and freezer along with pots, pans, and all other standard utensils, crockery and cutlery. Eyton cottage has access to a washing machine in a shared outbuilding.

College Cottage: The kitchen diner in College features an Everhot cooker, dishwasher, fridge and freezer along with pots, pans, and all other standard utensils, crockery and cutlery. At the centre of the kitchen in College is a rustic oak table surrounded by four oak chairs and stool. College cottage has access to a washing machine in a shared outbuilding.

Lounge around in cozy living areas

Eyton Cottage: At the centre of the cottage, the living area contains one three seater, a two seater, and two period elbow chairs complimented by a woodburner within an original 18th century fireplace. Offset from Eyton's lounge is a dining area featuring an oak refectory dining table with reclaimed church pew and additional seating.

College Cottage: A three seat leather Chesterfield is accompanied by two Bergére armchairs surrounding a woodburner set within the original slate fireplace.

Eyton & College Cottage: Both our cottages come with high speed Wifi for those wanting to stay in contact with the outside world.
